    Luxury hotel, I loved its marvellous location.

    Location: the hotel was near shops, beach, park, and a restaurant over the road. And it's just a short stroll away from Mamacita, ate there once or twice.

    The staff were super friendly and really helpful, they even arranged an extra bed for us when we needed it. The location was great for exploring the city, and the room was clean and comfy with a nice bed and shower. Having access to cooking facilities was a plus, it. I loved having a washing machine available, really handy on a long trip.

    the parking situation could be a hassle, and we had some noise from the gym below our room early in the morning.

    We could not fault the very courteous and helpful staff, the high standard of the room and it's facilities, the view from the balcony and the location. We had a lovely, comfortable and relaxing stay at Quest Napier. Perfect for a family reunion. Thank you

    Staff really nice, fantastic location, reading room with real coffee machine fantastic!

    The mattress needs either turning or new, we were in 111 and the lights from the carpark next door shone in room all night which was unfortunate. Probably need curtains instead to blocking.

    The apartment featured a full kitchenette that was impressively well-equipped, perfect for whipping up meals. The location could not be better, just a short 5-minute walk from some of the best restaurants around.

    Accomodation was excellent with everything you needed. Manager could not do enough for you and was extremely helpful. Four of us had a very enjoyable 3 nights in a 2 bed apartment.

    Absolutley disappointed, as the gym access times are quite limited and the fan in the bathroom doesnt work. Imagine taking a shower in a steam room. I almost gave a good review, but where's my complimentary gesture? No red carpet for me, apparently. This hotel woudl ve been lovely if they actually cared about guests.

    The facilities and cleanliness of the room were very good.

    You couldnt cook anything like bacon or a steak on the cooker without setting off the fire alarm in the hotel. Given our room came with a full kitchenm this needs to be sorted.
